Commissions vary in price depending on the design of each piece and the preferred metal. If you are unsure of the design, I'm happy to talk it through!

Lost Item: In the case of an item being lost, all items are sent tracked and so please make sure to check the tracking number before contacting me! If the item has been lost due to the fault of the postal service then please contact me and we will look into it. If the item has been lost due to non-collection unfortunately I cannot refund so please check the tracking regularly! If the item has been signed for however you don’t seem to have received it, I am happy to contact Royal Mail but I would advise you do the same. Thank you!
